I am a graduate student of Linguistics Media and Communication from Moi University, I have previously as well worked as a control support agent and as a field interviewer with flex communications limited and with TNS Rms Limited respectively, where I gained a recognition for my work rate, integrity and for my negotiation skills.Consequently, I also possess knowledge and expertise in telephone techniques, having previously worked with KCB Bank group as a contact centre agent and Airtel Kenya as a customer executive officer. Within this period in employment I have learnt how to handle customer complaints, empower them and manage irate and as well ensure quality standards and service delivery are at helm. I appear to be an excellent match for the job role offered. I am much willing to learn and ready to work in a dynamic space with limited supervision. My passion for the customer service sector is equally matched by my experience in it, and I am confident that would be part of the team contributing to the success of the organization in Kenya.
